The Office of Facilities Management/ Safety and Security (Building #30 on the map) is a good place to know for a few reasons. Not only can you call security (human resources) but you are able to go to the offices when you need help in times of snow events, flat tire, locked out of/in (my own experience of being locked in my room because the door swelled) your room, providing transportation when you are injured, and can help provide aid in serious situations (attacked, hurt, worried, intruder, and more). This is also the place where you will go if you lose your key or something happens to your ID card. On the backside of this building is the Mailroom where you can go to receive a package that has not been delivered to the residential mailrooms yet or your mail key for the mailrooms in either East, Avila, or Soko. Now to get to the office of Safety and Security if you are coming from the Forum it will be on the way over to the Campus Center or Commons and vice versa if you were coming from the latter area. It is directly off of Pool St. across the street from the Forum, next to the residential parking lots 30 and 22.
